Wifi Trendy serves customers within Kuwait. The available delivery option and any applicable delivery fee are confirmed for your address at checkout, before you pay.
Availability and timeframes can differ for oversized products, supplier-fulfilled items, remote delivery areas, or items that need special handling. We will communicate material differences before completion when possible.
Delivery timing and confirmation
Delivery time depends on the selected Kuwait area, the item, supplier availability, and courier schedules. We confirm the available delivery arrangement when your order is processed; not every order is eligible for express delivery.
Delivery estimates displayed during shopping are estimates unless explicitly confirmed for your order. If there is a material delay, contact us using your order reference or wait for our team to update you.
Shipping fees and order totals
Delivery fees are calculated or displayed during checkout for the selected address and service. We do not advertise a flat delivery fee for all of Kuwait when different delivery arrangements may apply.
The order total shown before you confirm payment should include the product charges and all applicable delivery charges. We will not impose undisclosed delivery charges after checkout.
Delivery updates and exceptions
Provide an accurate phone number, address and delivery instructions. If an item is delayed or temporarily unavailable, our team will contact you using the order details to explain the available options.
Please check the parcel at handover and report any missing, visibly damaged or incorrect item promptly with your order reference. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
