Payment options at checkout
Our configured online payment providers include Payzah for KNET and Visa/Mastercard and Tap for Deema installments. The methods actually offered to you are the ones displayed during checkout for your order.
Payment options may change because of amount limits, payment-provider acceptance or service availability. Cash on delivery is not currently listed as an active online payment option.
Transparent total
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars. The full order amount, including any applicable delivery fee, is shown before payment confirmation. Do not complete the order if the displayed total differs from what you expect; contact us first.
Deema installment eligibility
Deema is provided by its payment provider and is subject to approval and the website configured maximum amount of KWD 1,000. It may not be available for orders above that amount or for ineligible customers.
Review the provider terms and repayment schedule at the payment step before agreeing. Wifi Trendy does not approve installment credit or guarantee provider acceptance.
Payment issues and refunds
For a payment problem, contact info@wifitrendy.com with your order reference and the payment status, but never send your full card details or security codes.
Approved refunds use the original payment method where feasible or another method agreed in accordance with applicable law. Posting time varies by payment provider or bank.
