Order Cancellation Policy
We may need to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
Limited Availability:
Orders may be canceled if the requested quantity exceeds available stock, or if there are inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information displayed on our WooCommerce store.
Fraud Prevention:
Orders may be canceled if our fraud avoidance department identifies any issues, or if we detect manipulation of accounts to place multiple orders (e.g., using same payment card or address across multiple accounts).
Verification Requirements:
In some cases, additional verification or information may be necessary before we can accept an order (e.g., identity verification for high-value items or digital products). We will promptly notify you if your order is canceled or if we require further information.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders:
If your order is canceled after your credit card or K-net has been charged, the charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Note: No cash disbursements will be made under any circumstances. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Condition of Item
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in resalable condition:

- All accessories, labels, cables, and any “free gifts” or bonus items included with the purchase
Refund Details (Customer-Initiated Returns)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for return requests initiated by the customer, as these costs have already been incurred by WifiTrendy.
- Only the amount paid for the purchased product will be refunded (excluding original shipping fees).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Warranty Exclusions
Products damaged due to the following will not be accepted under warranty:
- Incorrect usage or installation
- Electrical issues (power surges, incorrect voltage)
- Water damage, physical damage, or drops
- Repairs attempted by unauthorized workshops or individuals
- Normal wear and tear
Non-Returnable Items
The following products or purchase types are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased with gift coupons, bundle offers, special promotions, or during sales campaigns (unless defective)
- Virtual products, including software licenses, digital gift cards, iTunes cards, Google Play gift cards, PlayStation cards, and other digital codes
- Opened consumables (e.g., cables, adapters, antennas) unless defective
- Products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
Dead Pixel Policy (Monitors / Screens)
For monitors, displays, or screens:
- A minimum of 3 dead pixels is required to claim a replacement within 14 working days of delivery.
- The original box, inner packing, and all accessories must be returned.
- After 14 days, warranty service may be claimed through the manufacturer for a minimum of 3 dead pixels.
Customer Responsibility for Returns
Customers are responsible for delivering, sending, or bringing the product to our authorized service center within 14 calendar days to claim support. Our customer support team will provide you with the service center address upon request.
Return Requirements Checklist
When returning a product within 14 working days, please ensure you include:
- The product itself
- Original box and inner packing
- All accessories (cables, chargers, mounts, etc.)
- Any catalogs, manuals, or documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Failure to include any of the above may result in a rejected return or partial refund.
How Refunds Are Issued
