Lavender calms the skin to reduce stress and tension for the ultimate aromatherapy experience. Mint is high in Vitamin A and anti-inflammatory properties & helps to calm and soothe the skin while strengthening the skin barrier.
Step 1: Sea Salt Soak – Add 2 tablespoons to a manicure bowl, ½ cup to a footbath or 1 cup to the full bath. Soak for 5-10 minutes. Pat dry.
Step 2: Sugar Scrub – Apply the scrub to the hands, feet and body. Gently massage until emulsified. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Step 3: Moisture Mask- Apply a generous amount to the desired areas and cover with a warm towel. Let sit for 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Use as desired to maintain hydration.
